Per co-progettare un progetto di vita consapevole per i propri figli, accompagnarli all’autonomia e verso il potenziamento delle proprie competenze, è importantissimo sentirsi supportati e compresi.
L’obiettivo del progetto, infatti, è quello di avviare un percorso insieme ai famigliari che permetta loro di condividere vissuti ed esperienze, acquisire informazioni e competenze specifiche e coltivare relazioni con altri persone che vivono un’esperienza di vita simile.
Al tempo stesso le iniziative organizzate dal Balzo e dagli altri partner di progetto, vogliono favorire la creazione di momenti educativi e di svago per minori con disabilità. Le cooking class di “OGGI CUCINO IO”, sono molto più di semplici laboratori di cucina! Si tratta di esperienze di relazione con gli altri e in autonomia dal proprio nucleo familiare. Occasioni per scoprire sé stessi/e, il corpo e il suo linguaggio non verbale, le proprie emozioni, i propri talenti e i propri limiti.

Il Balzo, Il Melograno e Impronta hanno progettato un calendario di incontri per gruppi di auto mutuo aiuto per genitori e caregiver di persone con disabilità. Gli educatori potranno offrire supporto emotivo ma anche pratico, con suggerimenti utili alla gestione della quotidianità, e fornire tecniche educative a sostegno della genitorialità.
I gruppi di auto mutuo aiuto saranno organizzati nei tre Comuni di Rozzano, Pieve Emanuele e Opera.
